To follow the over indulgence of the Christmas period we are running a Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Business event, a provisional date of the 25th of February 2009 has been arranged. The event is aimed at de-stressing and focussing the mind and body so you are fit for your business. It is hoped to have workshop demonstrations from a yoga practitioner, assertiveness trainer and others.

This event is a favourite of many of our members as it gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the magical surroundings of The Branston Hall Hotel at Christmas. Places are strictly limited so please book early to make the most of this brilliant networking opportunity.
The pre lunch drinks reception will provide the chance to catch up with members and guests and this will be followed by an even greater opportunity to network during a three course Christmas lunch.
This year our special guest is Sue Stockdale - an Inspirational Speaker, Author and Adventurer
Sue is a compelling speaker with a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve challenging goals: because she has achieved many in her life. Using powerful images and thought provoking messages, Sue inspires others by drawing analogies between her own experiences and the audience’s situation. She talks straight from the heart with passion and energy and ensures that people leave with more enthusiasm, focus and commitment to action.
